Oceandrifts can carry out a Website Accessibility Audit on your existing site.
The purpose of the report, is to identify areas of the website which may discriminate against the disabled visitor, and therefore do not meet the requirements of Part III of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
From October 2004, all websites that offer services must meet minimum DDA requirements.
We perform both automatic and manual checks to assess website accessibility using the Web Accessibility Initiative (part of the Worldwide Web Consortium, W3C) guidelines.
We will then present a detailed report which will advise you on the steps that you will need to take to bring your site into line with current legislation.
These changes may be minor or may involve a complete re-write of your existing site.
